Our Events
We annually host three Demo Day (Pitch Events) for all of our accelerator programs, including the SBIR/STTR Innovation Program, and our Emerging Industries Accelerator Fall and Spring cohorts. Our Innovation Competition for SBIR/STTR Programming is in partnership with Texas A&M University Engineering Experiment Station. Our Emerging Industries programs are provided in partnership with the U.S, Economic Development Administration. All of our programs utilize the AdvanceUp Accelerator curriculum created and facilitated by our eBridge Center partners, the UTRGV Entrepreneurship & Commercialization Center.
Our Demo Day events are only open to selected businesses who have completed the corresponding Accelerator Programs. Our program is open to any founder or organization looking to commercialize, scale and expand their business ‘on the border by the sea’ in Brownsville, Texas and throughout the Rio Grande Valley. (Seed funding is currently limited to businesses located or relocating to Brownsville only).
